Free tracked delivery on all our relief pillows.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 7–14 working days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Christmas orders

To receive your order before Christmas, please order by 1 December. Orders placed after this date may arrive after Christmas.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the Republic of Ireland.

Customs and duties

The price you see at checkout is the final price. You will not be charged any additional customs, VAT or handling fees on delivery.

Delayed or missing parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the delivery time above, message us through our contact page with your order number and we'll sort it out.
