How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed in 1–2 working days and usually arrive in 7–14 working days. Delivery is free and tracked, and you'll get a tracking link by email.

Will I have to pay customs or extra charges?

No. The price at checkout is the final price.

What's in the box?

How do I use it?

Lie back on a bed, sofa, rug or yoga mat with the pillow under your lower back (or your neck for the Neck Relief Pillow). Switch on the heat and massage, pick your level and relax for 10–15 minutes. It switches off by itself.

How hot does it get?

There are three warm heat levels. Start on the lowest and go up when you're comfortable.

Is it safe to use every day?

Yes, a 10–15 minute session a day is how it's designed to be used. It's a comfort and relaxation product, not a medical device. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, have a pacemaker or have had recent surgery, check with your doctor before using it. Don't use it on broken or irritated skin.

What is the 30-night trial?

Use it every evening for up to 30 nights. If it's not for you, message us through our contact page within 30 nights of delivery, send it back in good condition with all its parts, and we'll refund the product price in full. See our refund policy for details.

Is it a good gift?
