Refund policy

30-night trial

Our relief pillows come with a 30-night trial. Use your pillow for up to 30 nights from the day it's delivered. If it's not for you, message us through our contact page with your order number within those 30 nights. We'll send you the returns address. Send the pillow back in good condition with all its parts, and we'll refund the price of the product in full.

14-day right to cancel

Separately from the trial, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. To cancel, message us through our contact page with your order number, or send us the cancellation form below the same way.

Returning items

After you tell us you're returning or cancelling, we'll reply with the returns address. Please send the item back within 14 days of telling us. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds

We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back (or proof you've sent it). Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Faulty or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, message us through our contact page within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and you won't pay any return costs. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022.
